My Expert Service
|
Food doesn't have to control your life, and your problems don't have to continue to spiral downward. Let me help you take charge of your life, and put you back in the drivers seat. I am a fully licensed Psychotherapist who has over 10 years experience working with adults, youth, and families. My approach is honest and straightforward so that you can get the help that you need in a way that makes the most sense to you. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused therapy techniques, tailoring each interaction to fit the individual needs of the people I work with. Read over a thousand client reviews that reflect my ability to help people change their lives.
An eating disorder can have a crippling effect on a person's life and their mind, as well as their families and loved ones. Many times an eating disorder that seems hopeless can be resolved by taking a proper approach to the situation. If you are struggling with anorexia, bulimia, poor body image, or body dysmorphic disorder, lets discuss your challenges and the best way to address them.
Whether you have some general concerns about yourself, or have a serious problem on your hands, lets talk about how to start making some changes and bring more balance to your life.
“It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.” –Alan Cohen
