I am an accredited Counselor(BACP),with Advance Diploma in Eating Disorder Practitioner , Diploma in Counseling, MSc in Exercise and Health Behaviour, BSc in Physiology, Dip in Sports Psychology; as well as Reiki II Healing and EFT Level 2. Expert Consultant and workshop Facilitator and founded two eating disorder help sites ; I am the co-author of CBT based Bulimia Self-help e-Book. I hold certificate for psychosexual therapy for individuals and couples, with intimacy and sexual dysfunctions...This can be at times a result of poor Body image associated with an eating Disorder getting in the way of a good loving relationship with your partner.

Having been in Counseling area for 17years, last eight years have been spent dedicated to being an expert in Eating Disorder field. I work with clients referred by self, Doctors, Dietitions, Heath Visitors, as well family . Age is no boundary as long as you are willing to work through your difficulties with me.
My vast experience has allowed me to write a self-help book aimed at Bulimic sufferers, along side some Mentoring- based on what really works in the way of treatments.
So far I have treated well over 500 sufferers, and ran 35 workshops, 68 talks and 14 Teleseminars on various issues of Eating Disorders.
Many of my pioneering work has been features through reserch papers, articles, newspapers, woman / health magazines as well as TV and radio programmes.
Life is too shot to look back and ponder "What could have been"..Break the cycle and live your life the way you want to..!
