I provide individual counseling for adults, adolescents, and children suffering from a variety of emotional, relational, and spiritual difficulties. My practice specialties include depression, anxiety, stress management, divorce recovery, relationship issues, sleep problems, life transitions, parenting issues, trauma and grief, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, workplace/career problems, eating disorders, and anger management.
I will be happy to provide spiritual direction and guidance as well as emotional guidance if requested.
