Experience & Qualifications

Experience and education include a bachelor's degree in psychology, master's degree in psychology and master's degree in marriage and family therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health centers, crisis centers, and inpatient and outpatient units. I have 8+ years experience working with clients in face to face individual, family, and group therapy. Experience working with clients on a variety of different issues including family conflict, relationship and self esteem issues, anxiety and stress, depression, eating disorders, and a variety of other issues. Also experienced in working with families in crisis due to a child's school truancy, runaway behavior, and family conflict. Knowledge of juvenile justice issues. Use of a systemic approach to problem solving.
