Welcome to my virtual office. I am glad to have the opportunity to provide counseling and consultation both in person and online.
My work experience is culturally diverse and includes, individual, child, adolescent, couples, family and blended family counseling. If you are experiencing grief, confusion, anger, self criticism, helplessness, anxiety or any other challenging experiences...I would like to help.
If you are looking for supportive interactive counseling with understanding and solutions to problems you are facing today I can provide you with effective and nonjudgemental direction. If you are depressed, conflicted, not knowing what steps to take, struggling with decisions, I will provide you with guidance toward your answers and your determination. I have many tools to share with you. Understanding your feelings and thoughts and learning how to manage them is the key to living a life free from suffering.
I have over 20 years of experience...finding doorways to solutions and freedom to live more fully in the present.

Licensed Professional Counselor. Over 20 years experience.
providing full-time counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, families and blended families. I am an associate member with a State Licensed Private Mental Health Clinic and have prior experience providing Mental Health consultation (including cognitive/behavioral training and education) to teachers, counselors and parents; and social services within a federally funded child development program.
