My practice includes individual, group, and family counseling. I work with a broad range of mental health issues and specialize in counseling adolescent and young adults. I teach seminars and provide counseling related to ADHD, substance abuse/dual diagnoses, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, parenting after divorce, custody issues, and conflict resolution.
I am licensed psychotherapist. I have experience leading substance abuse groups for adolescents and adults, parenting groups, and doing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I also worked in elementary, middle school, and high schools in various capacities including counseling, and was a faculty member at a University, leading therapy groups with graduate students.
I have had a full private practice for 15 years. I have worked with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, self harm, and many other issues pertaining to adolescents, young adults and their families. I tailor my approach to meet the needs both developmentally and interpersonally to each client that I see. I am passionate about my profession and I feel blessed and privileged to be able to do the work that I do.
