Please Note
|
Online counseling is not appropriate for all
kinds of problems. If you have suicidal thoughts, it's important that you seek help
immediately. You are not alone. If you are located in
the US, call
1-800-784-2433 or 911 and
ask for help. If you are outside the US,
look here
to find the support hotline in your country and area.

My Expert Service
|
|
My name is Michelle Filippi-Robb.
I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years. I've been working as a Licensed Professional Counselor since June 2008. I began my career working with children and families to help parents learn new techniques and skills that would allow them to experience better results with their children and helping children understand that choices and actions have natural consequences. I later worked with individuals with severe, persistent mental illness to help them find and develop successful tools and methods that would allow them to maintain independent living. I have extensive experience providing crisis counseling, and have worked with many veterans coping with trauma, loss, and PTSD. The most important predictor of success in counseling is a positive therapeutic relationship. Finding a counselor you feel comfortable with can be a frustrating experience. Contact me for free to find out if I would be a good fit for your therapy needs. What if you could feel better today? Give me a chance to help and you won't be disappointed. My specialties include relationship counseling including GLBT relationships, self esteem issues, post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss.
