Raising a child with AD/HD can be challenging and frustrating. I have had 17 years of experience treating Mood Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety and Depression. I have extensive knowledge in the treatment of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder in children,adolescents and adults, as well as a proven ability in conducting parent-skills training (especially for Parents of children with ADHD) and also marital and couples therapy.

I have practiced Psychotherapy in the private setting for 17 years. I have also facilitated process groups for 15 years. I have been conducting life management & social skills training groups to provide Children and Adolescents with AD/HD with skills and coping strategies to enable them to manage their lives and improve relationships. Areas covered: Active listening, recognizing and expressing feelings, positive self-talk, making good choices, expression of anger, effective self-control, and how to be assertive not aggressive. During this time I have also presented at the state and national level on AD/HD and parenting. They are listed below:
