I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice in San Diego, where I provide therapy with adult individuals, couples, family, and play therapy for children. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Psychology at the University of California at Santa Barbara and my Masters in Social Work at San Diego State University. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the California Association of Clinical Social Workers (CSCSW).

I have extensive experience working with children with ADD/ADHD and impulse-control problems. I lead a weekly Social Skills group for kids that focuses on "Stopping and Thinking", as well as ignoring distraction and following directions. I am well-versed in behavior modification and therefore can support parents looking for change in the behavior of their children. I can help you increase the behaviors you want, while decreasing the behaviors you DON'T want, so that you may get more joy out of parenting!
