I am a practicing psychotherapist, college professor, and life coach. I work with clients who suffer from many of the following: depression, anxiety, children with behavioral problems, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, OCD, couples who are experiencing conflict or other challenges in their relationship, victims of child sexual abuse, and those experiencing grief and loss. My therapeutic approach is usually Cognitive Behavioral and/or Client-Centered Therapy. I may include other approaches that could be beneficial to the client after an assessment of problems and examination of presenting issues.
