My post-graduate degree is in family therapy. On a regular basis, I work with entire families and subsystems within the family unit to develop coping skills on an entire range of issues from parenting to providing structure so that everyone can function at a higher level.
I am available to provide brief, solution-focused therapy or more intensive insight-focused therapy for clients who are on the journey to discover who they are and what they want from their lives. My style is compassionate, casual and professional.
