As an in-home and outpatient therapist I have worked with families to aid them in getting back on track from emotional and mental traumas as well as dysfunctional relationships within the family unit needing to be addressed in order for the family to improve their interaction with one another and address issues of concern. It with a solutions based process and goal orientated sessions the family seeks to validate one another and move towards mental and emotional health.
