Having a child is a wonderful experience, but also can bring feelings of loneliness, depression, anxiety and confusion. It is difficult to discuss these issues with friends and family, but a sounding board can often help change these feelings. I believe in supportive listening and cognitive techniques to help change those unhelpful thought patterns.
