My Expert Service
|
|
When I teach Anger Management, I tell my clients that anger is a wonderful emotion: it can be a signal to us about what we can and cannot accept. It is always valuable and should be respected. It is how we express anger that may impact our lives in a negative way; and I teach my clients how to move past those first crucial moments when the temptation is to REACT and to focus on what our anger is telling us. Anger is complex; some of my clients are punishing themselves and the people they love because they did not deal well with past anger. If you suspect that you have an anger problem, I would be happy to talk to you about it.
