Experience & Qualifications

I am a graduate of Flager College (B.A., 1998) and Barry University (M.S.W., 2001). In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (FL license # SW7966), I receive ongoing post-graduate clinical training and continuing education.
I have many years of experience as a psychotherapist, including work with adults, adolescents, and children dealing with a wide variety of issues. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups in varied settings, including safeplace shelters, prisons and detention centers, inpatient treatment programs, psychiatric hospitals, outpatient private practice, and now online.
I am the co-founder of Miami Mental Health Associates, LLC. I also have extensive experience as a consultant, specializing in mental health compliance issues for various treatment programs.
