I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, children and groups with a variety of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, grief, anger, relationships, communication, parenting, divorce, family of origin, chronic pain. I am a master's level psychologist as well as a yoga teacher and specialize in using body-oriented methods to deal with psychological challenges. I provide a safe, caring and nonjudgmental atmosphere and use brief, solution-oriented and cognitive-behavioral techniques as well as mindfulness and awareness in order to clarify and approach whatever challenges are facing you in the moment.

I have worked in a variety of settings including group homes, social service agencies, schools, private practice. In addition to working with individuals, children and families I have also facilitated numerous groups in the areas of anger management, parent training, relaxation, yoga, body-oriented techniques to deal with physical and psychological issues.
