My extensvie professional history bhas included positions as an outpatient therapist for 12 years at a community mental health center, owner of a private practice working with individuals, serving as a program director for an outpatient therapy team, working in a mental health clinic at the VA Medical Center and work on a neurological unit as a counselor helping with serious and life-threatening illnesses. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work in 1993 from The University of Denver and my Bachlors Degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University in 1986.
