I partner with my clients and help them get to the heart of their problems and together we create an action plan that will provide positive results. I specialize in relationship issues and work-related issues: marital problems, infidelity, breaking-up, divorce, dating and relationships. Workplace issues: job loss and stress, communication and performance problems, career development. Counseling also for depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and parenting. Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working in Outpatient Mental Health Clinics providing comprehensive counseling and interventions for individuals and families. Led numerous workshops and groups on relationships, dating, divorce and parenting. Additional experience working in an EAP setting as counselor and consultant providing telephonic counseling and brief therapy to clients in crisis. Issues relating to relationships and work: divorce, infidelity, financial stress, depression/anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, performance issues, career development, job loss and workplace stressors. Led numerous trainings and workshops on work/life issues. Experienced in HR and management consultation - providing employees and management with solutions to their workplace problems.
