My Expert Service
|
|
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help people change what they want to change about their lives. It has been my experience that, although we cannot change others, we can change anything that we want about ourselves if we are willing to set goals and pursue them. I have helped people develop healthful lifestyles, end addictive behaviors and attitudes (alcohol and drug abuse, co-dependency, low self-esteem), improve communication skills, set boundaries, make career decisions, move forward with plans, and stop "settling" for less than they want. Is there anything in your life that you would like to change? Let's talk about it.
