I have been a psychotherapist for nearly two decades; the last 15 years in private practice. I am also the co-owner of Access Counseling Services of Columbia, a group mental health practice based in Columbia, Maryland.
In addition, I am a specialist in human development throughout the life cycle. This has enabled me to help people discover and fulfill their life's passion and purpose so that they can achieve their potential.
Four years ago, I founded my company Vivacity, a business that helps women who are on the verge of doing great things in their lives - professionally and personally - to take their ideas and vision out into reality and into the marketplace - whether it's starting a business, writing a book or fulfilling a life-long ambition. I offer women a variety of coaching programs and information products to achieve this goal.
Recently, I created the Boost Your Self-Confidence in 90 Days Training Program. This program is designed to help people develop the self-confidence they need to achieve success in their businesses and in their lives.
I am also an expert on midlife issues and have been the co-creator of and co-moderator and presenter for the Midlife Mindset Telesummit.
