I love what I do and feel great helping others on their path to happiness. I often used a brief solution focused approach to help you find solutions and support quickly and effectively. I have had training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as other modes of therapy to help people control their thoughts and emotions so their thoughts and emotions don't control them.
