My Expert Service
As a Licensed Counselor in the state of TN, I use an interpersonal, relational and holistic focus to allow clients to not only realize, but also utilize their inherent strengths. Lifestyle and wellness factors are examined as part of my holistic approach to guide individuals to optimum well-being and to activate their healing potential.
Sessions will focus on each individual's wellness (mind, body and spirit) as well as discovering your inherent capacity to find balance and harmony in your life. I strive to understand the whole person in relation to his or her environment (family, home, career, etc).
