My professional as well as personal experience with the treatment of addiction, depression, and anxiety span more than half my life. I've seen a few strategies that work and many that don't. I've also seen good and helpful counsel facilitate real positive life changes in many clients' lives. What better place to get that help than right here in a confidential, non-judgmental and non-threatening environment. Nobody has all the right answers, including Dr. Phil, but If I can help you I most certainly will. What I can offer is professional guidance, advice, a trained ear, and my personal experience to help you along life's path, wherever that may be. The keys to hope and change lie within each of us. I've worked in the field of mental health & addictions for the last 18 years. I'm licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors, Texas Department of State Health Services as a Licensed Chemical Dependency/Addictions Counselor, & certified by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification. I obtained both my bachelors and masters degree at the University of North Texas in one of the elite rehabilitation counseling programs in the country.
