Experience & Qualifications

I am a dual mastered MSW and M.Ed who also practices as an advanced LCSW. My M.Ed. was obtained in December of 2001 from Loyola University Chicago and my MSW was obtained in May 2005, also from Loyola University Chicago. My undergraduate degree is in communications from Louisiana State University (1997).
I'm a licensed therapist, published author, plenary panelist and consultant dealing with issues ranging from relationships to depression to tragic grief and loss and trauma.
I've published over 40 articles, have been interviewed and featured for my work, and I am the author of 101 Substance Abuse Recovery Tips.
