My Expert Service
|
|
My expertise is assisting people who are challenged with a variety of complex life cycle problems from dealing with a death, divorce, or parenting to the more complex problems such as depression, family violence, bipolar, schizophrenia, and other chronic mental illness. I believe that all people are unique in their journey for balance and emotional wellness. When a client finishes a session learning something about themselves or how they can do things differently, having that "Aha" moment, the session is a success. I believe that therapy is like going to the gym, you may not want to go but when you leave you know you worked on yourself and that is ALWAYS a good thing. I will assist you in getting to where you want to be, to get through the day to day, and motivated for the future!
