I am both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with 20+ years experience in providing counseling and psychotherapy to people with all types of problems including: anxiety and depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues. I am caring and practical. I seek to help the individual meet his/her goals and reduce the discomfort and pain they are experiencing. Every one needs to love some one!
Everyone needs to be loved! Every one needs to feel respected and have pride in themselves. This may be as a result of academic,or vocational success or practically anything else that makes you feel self admiration or pride. (Of course you need to ensure that your admiration is within reason not detrimental to others.)
So folks go out and make a conscious effort to meet your needs and you may find that there is a reduction is your symptoms allowing you to feel and function better. My last piece of advice comes from an ancient proverb "Idle time is the Devil's play ground". Keep busy and give structure to your life!
