Hello, and welcome to my virtual office. I hope to provide you with a peaceful and safe space to share your thoughts and feelings.

I provide Individual, Group, Family Therapy and Life Coaching to a wide and culturally diverse clientele, who have suffered from many challenging experiences such as depression, anxiety, grief, doubt, abuse, anger, fear, addiction, low self-esteem, dysfunctional relationships, and more. I use encouragement, non-judgmental, compassionate and intuitive advice, and Humanistic/Holistic approaches along with Client Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution Focused strategies that can help you find insight and straight answers to the challenges you might be facing today.

Experience & Qualifications

I am a Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern (#55326) with over 3000 clinical hours completed. I have been working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in private practice, inpatient and outpatient programs, and non-profit agencies for the past 10 years.

I've been very successful in working with individuals diagnosed with Mood, Anxiety, Personality and Pscyhotic Disorders including Depression, Bipolar D/O, Panic D/O, PTSD, and Schizophrenia. I have also specialized in working with those suffering from the sensitive issues surrounding HIV/AIDS, and have been committed to improving the health and well-being of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender individuals.

I have professional training in Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution-Focused Therapies and have served as Team Leader and Supervisor to both Social Workers and Case Managers in federally, state and county funded community programs.

I'm a hard working, ethical and honest therapist and I will always try my best to help you find relief for what you might be going through.
