Having successfully dealt with extreme cases of deviant behavior, such as the criminally insane incarcerated in our prison system, I think it is safe to say I can help you work through your problems as a contributing member of our society. In private practice I have dealt with issues relating to relationships, grief, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and personality disorders. Let me help you work through the challenges confronting you in your life right now, and assist you as you learn the emotional tools to help deal with similar situations in the future.
I believe down deep we all know what it takes to make changes in our lives so we can experience a more meaningful and fulfilling life, but we simply get lost because we tune out that inner voice. I’ll help you plug in and turn-up the volume so you can re-energize your purpose and reason for being.

Well experienced and well credentialed counselor with a wide variety of clientele for over 12 years. In my past I’ve had great learning experiences and success working with the criminally insane, incarcerated prisoners and children in the welfare system, which gives me unique insight and tools when helping clients in my private practice today.
I have also worked with those who with serious mental illnesses such as Schizophrena, Major Depression Disorder, Bipolar and other Psychotic Disorders in inpatient settings.
I use Reality, Solutions-oriented, Brief and Problem Solving therapeutic techniques to assist you in solving your issues of today and better cope with tomorrow.
