As a practicing psychotherapist, I work with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, stress, children with behavioral problems, with couples who are experiencing conflict or other challenges in their relationship as well as working with victims of sexual child abuse and those experiencing grief and loss and the inability to control anger and abuse. My therapeutic approach is usually Cognitive Behavior and/or Person-Centered and may include other approaches and is determinied by that which most appropriately meets the Client's therapeutic needs after an assessment of problems, examination of presenting issues and the subsequent DSM-IV TR diagnoses.

I hold a Masters Degree and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified Human Relations Specialist a practicing psychotherapist servicing a multicultural population. I have more than 30 years of experience. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Psychological Association, the International Society of Mental Health Online, and Advisory Member of the local chapter of Parents of Murdered Children
