So many people can't commit to a weekly appt with a therapist. In the busy world in which we live, we're running between work, kids' soccer games, football practice, and so much more. Time commitments aside, there's a financial commitment to therapy that can sometimes be overwhelming.
This is precisely why I'm expanding my private practice to include online clients. I understand what it is to have a full-time job and many commitments. There isn't a lot left for YOU, right?
You can review my experience and qualifications below, but what I'd like you to know is that I'm a real person, genuine and authentic. My friends and colleagues say I'm compassionate and insightful. Clients have shared that they find me helpful, empathetic, and reliable.

Experience & Qualifications
|
I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years focusing on matters of child welfare and parenting in addition to Axis I and Axis II mental health conditions.
I also have experience in working with addictions and completed an internship in British Columbia between 1995 and 1997 in a residential treatment facility serving adolescent boys with substance abuse issues.
I am a Certified Nurtured Heart Advanced Trainer and qualified to provide parenting coaching and education on how to use the Nurtured Heart Approach with intense children.
