Please Note
|
Online counseling is not appropriate for all
kinds of problems. If you have suicidal thoughts, it's important that you seek help
immediately. You are not alone. If you are located in
the US, call
1-800-784-2433 or 911 and
ask for help. If you are outside the US,
look here
to find the support hotline in your country and area.

My Expert Service
|
|
I can teach you skills to regulate your emotions, tolerate distress, improve your interpersonal effectiveness, and live in this present moment. In my practice I have provided individual and family therapy using a dialectical behavioral approach, a form of cognitive/behavioral therapy combined with mindfulness. There is hope and help for you. I look forward to assisting you to understand yourself better and working with you towards meeting your desired goals.
Do you feel that you are constantly trying to escape the past and anticipate the future but yet cannot fully experience the present moment?
Do you ever hurt yourself or do something impulsive to attempt to tolerate the distress you are in or to just feel something?
Do you feel that you have emotions or needs that are unheard and unmet, but you feel stuck and unable to communicate this to those close to you?
In order to make changes in your life, you have to see yourself as you are, without judgment, illusion, or resistance of any kind.
***Please call or go to your local crisis center if you fear that you may be a danger to yourself or others***
