My Expert Service
|
You deserve to be happy! Let me help you take charge of your life. I am a fully licensed Psychotherapist who has over 10 years experience working with adults, youth, and families. My approach is honest and straightforward so that you can get the help that you need in a way that makes the most sense to you. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused therapy techniques, tailoring each interaction to fit the individual needs of the people I work with. Read over a thousand client reviews that reflect my ability to help people change their lives.
Do you have questions related to Personality or Emotional Disorders?
Anger management
Anxiety and Panic Attacks
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD & ADHD)
Bi-polar
Manic Depression
Dissociative Disorders
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Oppositional Defiant Disorder
Schizophrenia
Sexual Addiction
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Whether you have a diagnosis, or feel like you could be diagnosed with a disorder, there is no reason why it should rule your life. Talking about it can often help a person to begin to manage their racing thoughts, and take charge over the symptoms that have been controlling their lives.
Disorders should not define you as a person, or limit who you can become. I have a full range of knowledge regarding medications associated with these disorders, and I am of the philosophy that medication should always be the last resort.

Excellent advice. Needed support and confirmation and received it promptly. Pointed out some things that I needed to hear to help me clarify dealing with spouse. Given me some things to think about and try before we have our next session. He hit the nail on the head. Also, very available. Thank you, Ryan.
