Cognitive therapy, primarily Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and behavior therapy for psychological aspects of addiction, and for anger, anxiety, depression, self-deception and problems of self-esteem. Thirty minutes(max)per session usually will suffice for this approach to counseling.
