Most sessions will be geared toward self-awareness, acceptance, self-concept, change and problem solving. My goals are to offer possible solutions for troubled individuals and their families in recovering from Abusive Relationships and to offer possible solutions that promote health and well being.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of counseling and treatment experience. I have worked with families and individuals effected by self esteem, conflict resolution, stress/anger management, co-dependency, domestic violence, substance abuse, HIV, communication, and relationship issues. I also have trauma and treatment experience in crisis and disaster, death and grieving, childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, and depression.
