    Experience & Qualifications

    I have provided counseling, coaching, consultation, skills training and comprehensive psychological assessments in numerous settings (clinical, educational and forensic.) Additionally, I have worked within higher education as a counselor, academic coach and psychology instructor (teaching Social Psychology, Psychological Assessment, Human Development, Introductory Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology.) I am thankful to have worked with and under some amazing professionals in the field of psychology and education! I also provide supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor Interns.

    My approach is eclectic , which means I will use whatever tools I believe will be most helpful for you. Goal-setting and accountability are factors I believe are crucial in therapy as well as a good therapeutic relationship based on trust.
