I have worked with people of all ages; individuals, couples and families for 30 years. I use solution focused, brief insight and depth therapy. I will give you support so you can focus on and change feelings that cause pain and interfere with relationships and daily activities. Given our current economic environment, stress, depression, and anxiety are amplified. There is more uncertainty and life is more complicated for many of us. Experience & Qualifications

I provided counseling outreach while at a community mental health clinic and am knowledgable about all types of mental illness including depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
I served as a Guardian ad litem for the Probate Court system, assessing the competency of persons with dementia and mental health issues.
I worked with older adults and their families and caregivers.
I counseled disabled high school students and helped them transition from a sheltered school environment.
While under a contract with Vocational Rehabilitation, I evaluated students with learning disabilities who were graduating from high school to determine their need for assistive technology in higher education.
At Project Aids I counseled people with HIV/AIDS.
Prior to earning an MA, I worked as a Social Case Worker for Families with Children and with the Work Incentive Program.
