My Expert Service

You don't have to settle for being abused. This doesn't necessarily mean ending your relationship. People who have been abused typically suffer from low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety as well as more severe problems depending on the nature of the abuse. If your relationship is causing you to feel like this, lets discuss some ways to resolve some of these issues.

I am a fully licensed Psychotherapist who has over 10 years experience working with adults, youth, and families. My approach is honest and straightforward so that you can get the help that you need in a way that makes the most sense to you. Read over a thousand client reviews that reflect my ability to help people change their lives.

Are you suffering from physical, sexual, or emotional abuse?
Does your partner put you down or call you names?
Do you worry about being hurt or victimized by your partner?
Does your partner have a problem with drugs or alcohol?
Does your partner have a short temper?
Is there a pattern of asking for forgiveness and then doing the same thing?
Does your partner say they are trying to change but nothing changes?
Are you worried that your partner may have abusive traits or become abusive in the future?

Start taking control of this problem by talking to someone about it. Together we can determine what the problem is, and how to best handle it. As someone training in relationship counseling, I am able to provide you with an outside perspective, and can help you decide what is right for you. Whether you are being abused, or worried that your relationship is headed down that path, lets examine the situation and discuss some ways to help you solve it.
