My Expert Service

I provide counseling and education in having an active, vibrant, and healthy relationship to couples as well as families. The skills and tools that are taught help in addressing communication problems, lifestyle dysfunctions such as poor money management, or other behaviors that may prove detrimental to the relationship. Parent-Child relationship are also addressed providing insight about developmental stages of emotional and intellectual growth. Concrete and direct suggestions are presented to move the person to a place where they are able to handle the challenges in their relationship in a positive proactive way.

Experience & Qualifications

My resume includes working with couples, families and individuals. I have a lot of experience with adults who have been abused as children; I also work with foster children and their families. People struggling with depression, of all ages have been helped to walk in hope by my interventions with them. My practice includes many adolescents who are reporting stress and anxiety. The issues of cutting and anger management are worked through using the cognitive behavioral techniques that they are taught. All my clients appreciate having a safe place to talk about their concerns and work through some of the feelings that they struggle with.
