Counselor, I have many years of counseling experience with both women and men, teenagers, young adults, middle age adults, singles,and parents who are going through a break up of a serious
relationship or divorce.
I can help you on your journey through the five stages of denial, grief, despair, anger, and finally acceptance of the ending of the love and the life you knew as a couple. In our counseling sessions, I'll help you explore and understand your own feelings, emotions, and thinking. You will gain an understanding of who you are as a person with unique value, worth, talents,and strengths. I will help you develop a plan to help you get through this period in your life.
As a divorced parent, I will help you find your inner strength to regain control of your children and stabilize your family life after a divorce. Through our counseling sessions I will help you learn how to cope with all the ups and downs of being a single parent. I will help you learn how to help to create a stable, caring, home life for you and your children after the divorce or break-up of a long-term relationship.

Throughout my career, the mental health and education of children, adolescents and families have been my passion. While working as a therapist in private practice and as a school counselor and school
administrator, I have counseled with children, adolescents, young adults, middle age men and women, individuals and couples going through the pain, depression, despair, anger, and fear as a result of a divorce, the break up of a long-term serious relationship and the family life they knew.
