I believe in the power of being able to tell your story in a safe and supportive environment. I use a wide variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral, narrative, and motivational interviewing. I have experience and training working with clients with a wide variety of issues. I have specialized in individuals affected by trauma and loss and have given multiple trainings in these areas. I also teach a class for divorcing parents.
