My Expert Service
|
I work full time as a therapist and enjoy my profession very much. It is rewarding a very rewarding profession and I truly love helping people. I currently work with those suffering from problems with depression, anxiety, bipolar, other mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship problems, anger/stress management, codependency, substance abuse, and other issues related to problems coping with life.
One reason why online counseling is effective is because some are more readily open with their thoughts and feelings via messenger or email than they are one-on-one.
My approach consists of cognitive-behavioral counseling techniques (in clinical terms). Basically that means I help you help yourself, making you aware of the things you need to work on improving or changing in your life. Also, someone for you to be accountable to regarding your thoughts and actions.
I am available for counseling via email and private messenger, phone counseling, one-on-one counseling and family counseling (if local). Excellent motivator, mentor, and teacher of tools necessary for a more happy and productive life.

Experience & Qualifications
|
11-years experience as a counselor in private and public treatment settings. Relationships can bring us the most joy in life, they can also bring us the most confusion, turmoil and trauma in life. Healthy relationships require two healthy people working on their own internal problems, issues, and emotions. As each works on themselves, the relationship improves and conflict is resolved. Both parties in a relationship are not always willing to work on themselves. This is the cause of many problems in relationships. So, what to do? Improvement and personal happiness/ inner peace is still possible.
