I believe in helping individuals identify issues through a process of self exploration. Old thoughts and behaviors can be replaced with more positive and healthier ways of life, which lead to improved confidence, personal relationships, and quality of life. I will make every effort to understand your issues, provide additional resources and information, and help you work through your problems (through support, problem identification, and problem resolution). I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment fields, and have worked at world class treatment facilities. In addition, I work in a private practice and see clients for substance abuse, mood disorders, as well as for issues with sexuality.
