Many individuals and couples I work with are in a bad relationship. I am very knowledgeable and have helped my clients to achieve a satisfying relationship. Very often, I have noted that my clients need to look at the way they communicate and they need to learn new ways to open up communication with their partner.
Some people repetitiously choose the wrong partner. I help them to understand their own dynamics in order to be able to know why they choose the wrong people. We all need to learn how to be in a healthy relationship, and if its not healthy have the ability to leave that relationship. It's often necessary for my clients to look at unresolved issues which they have not worked through, so they keep repeating these patterns thinking that they will get it right. Therapy is essential for such individuals to help them understand themselves, their choice of a partner and their communication patterns. In order to grow, we must address issues of closeness, attachment and intimacy and the problems we may have in those areas.
