It's very important to reach out and get help for the issues that may threaten a relationship and for the anxiety and depression that can result. Therapy can help. Therapy is a collaborative process. I work with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
I am available to provide brief, solution-focused therapy or more intensive insight-focused therapy for clients who are on the journey to discover who they are and what they want from their lives. My style is compassionate, casual and professional.
