My Expert Service
|
|
I have worked with people of all ages, individuals, couples and families for 30 years. I help people develop understanding of issues through insight oriented therapy. Often we avoid confronting difficult thoughts or feelings and instead we let them express themselves in destructive or dysfunctional ways. Effective counseling provides the support we need to face our fears. Many of our difficulties involve interpersonal communication. We struggle to identify what is truly important, to ourselves and to those with whom we are involved. We seek to understand the difference between needs and wants, giving and taking, and to know when we demand too much, or when too much is asked of us. Successful sharing is one of the joys of life and working to this end is well worth the effort.
