Infidelity, cheating- these are the words that people say in a low voice so that others can't hear. It is embarrassing to many to realize that it has happened to them. How could it happen, what was lost in the translation of the relationship that seemed so significant and so close? What do I do now- do I leave him/her, do I stay for the sake of the kids, but then- how can I ever forgive him/her? These questions trouble many people who fall victims of infidelity.
The answers to these questions lie in the little details that form the actual relationship.
It can be hard to find these answers but it is doable.
I've worked with couples as well as individuals who were struggling to keep their relationship intact and healthy. I have the needed experience to help you find the way that would only be right for you.
Lack of communication, incongruent communication between the spouses, mixed messages, fear of committment, lack of desire to open up and really talk heart to heart- all of these problems need to be faced, explored and resolved in order to keep a healthy relationship.
