Most sessions will be geared toward healthy relationships, self-awareness, acceptance, self-concept, change and problem solving. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of counseling and treatment experience. I have sponsored a number of marriage workshops, for couples to explore and strengthen their relationships. I have also worked with families and individuals effected by self esteem, conflict resolution, stress/anger management, co-dependency, domestic violence, substance abuse, HIV, communication, and relationship issues. I also have trauma and treatment experience in crisis and disaster, death and grieving, childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, and depression.
