Welcome!
I am pleased to have the opportunity to provide services to you in person and on line. I have experience in providing services to Groups,Individuals, and Couples, as well as personal motivation and mentoring. I have worked in community mental health settings, acute care settings as well as provide therapeutic foster care in a group home setting. I have experience in progrm development as well. Some areas of expertise include Anxiety, depression, marital issues, crisis intervention and parenting issues.
If you are experiencing challenges or struggling with making decisions, or are in need of personal motivation or guidance.... I would love to work with you!
I will provide you with guidance toward the answers you seek and the tools you will need to understand your feelings, thoughts, and goals and how to manage them. Together you and I will work together to improve your life. I am available most days from 10am to 11pm Alaska Time unless I am in session with someone else.

Over 10 years experience providing quality services to groups, individuals, adolescents,and families providing coaching, mediation,therapy, crisis intervention, and assessments. I have a very diverse background and have experience working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
