I will give you the tools you need to maintain and nurture healthy relationships and find happiness. I also provide counseling for all other issues including: self esteem, anger managment, depression, anxiety, ptsd, ocd, and other mental disorders, eating disorders, sexual identity disorders, gay/lesbian issues, addictions,parenting and children's issues (adhd),family and relationship problems (divorce, communication, boundary issues, etc.),trauma and crisis counseling, grief and spiritual counseling, and help with all life stressors. My goal is to help you get "unstuck" in your relationship rut or other problems areas by using a solutions-focused approach that offers immediate, long -term results. Clients describe me as caring, helpful, insightful,intelligent, understanding, and comfortable to be around.
