My philosophy in providing counseling services has always been to give my clients the skills and tools they need to enable them to make lasting and positive changes in their lives. Communication and coping skills are the keystones to enjoying a happy and productive life as challenges inevitably happen. Enable yourself to grow and adapt to life’s challenges naturally and easily.
My experience in biofeedback and natural medicine enables me to provide ways to change the body’s reaction to stress. Though biofeedback is not possible on line at this time, the techniques for achieving desired results are available by email, chat, and voice sessions. Complex problems are often a combination of physical and emotional states. Bring balance into your life both emotionally and physically.

I have 26 years experience assisting clients as a medical social worker mostly in the area of renal in a teaching hospital and as a psychiatric social worker. My private practice has been in operation since 1993. I have enjoyed many successes over the years providing marriage counseling.
